In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Dear Lord, we thank You and praise You for giving us the sacrament of confession. We ask You to bless and prepare all who will soon make their First Confession.
Prayer of Submission to God:
It can be difficult to submit ourselves fully to God and to the rules His Church calls us to follow. At times, we can feel tempted to follow our own will. But You can help us to submit ourselves to You and Your Church as Your humble servants.
Daily Intention:
Please help all people who are preparing to make their First Confession, and we particularly ask today that You help all preparing to make their First Confession to grow in submission to God.

Reflection for Today
Today we pray for submission to God. Submission means accepting God's will and the teachings of His Church. It requires trust that God knows what is best for us and that His ways lead to true happiness and holiness.
