Dear Lord, we thank You for the gift of Your Church and for Your loving pursuit of all people. Help all who are working to bring more souls to You and Your Church through the work of evangelization.

There are many ways that we can work to evangelize others and bring souls to Your Church. You call some of us to work for this good through lay missionary work. Your grace can make the work of lay missionaries fruitful and successful.

Today we pray for lay missionaries who work in evangelization. Lay missionaries play a crucial role in the Church's mission of evangelization, often serving in places and situations where priests and religious cannot go.
